Order and Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed and another when your order has been dropped off for shipment. The shipping confirmation will include your order number and tracking number. When receiving your order confirmation please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders that are returned to us because of address error will not be shipped back until the customer corrects their address and pays for additional shipping costs. Orders can take up to 5 business days (Monday-Friday) to be processed and dropped off for shipment.

Once items are dropped off for shipment, standard shipping in the US takes 2-8 business days in transit.

In-store pickups and free local deliveries are also available. Choose in-store pick up or free local delivery option at checkout and you'll receive an email once your oder is ready for pick up and we will send a text or call when to arrange a local delivery (usually same day or the following day).  

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are extremely high due to the current economic climate. We do our best to calculate the best rates for our customers. However, unfortunately as a small family owned and run operation, we are unable to offer free or discounted shipping rates. (We really appreciate your understanding in helping us little guys survive!) If for any reason there is an error in the shipping calculations, we will refund you the difference in cost as soon as possible. In that event, you will receive an email confirmation on that refund.

Please note that additional shipping costs may incur for any items that are oversized and overweight. In this instance you'll receive an email and invoice for additional shipping costs. Once invoice is paid, your shipment will be released. 

We pride ourselves on not making a profit on shipping, however shipping is expensive especially for us small guys. We thank you for always choosing to shop small businesses and for your understanding of costs!

Missing Or Stolen Packages

Currently we ship via USPS and UPS. We are not responsible for any items that go missing during transit or are misplaced upon delivery. We can require a signature for receipt of package, if you would like this please ensure that you email [email protected] at the time of your order.

Cancellation Orders

You can cancel your order up to 24 hours of purchase as long as your order has NOT been processed and dropped off for shipment.

Returns

Step 1: Contact [email protected] to start the return process.

Step 2: Repackage your item(s) in the same packaging it arrived in. Please take care in packaging the items as there will be a fee for damaged items upon arrival due to poor packaging. 

Step 3: Take your package to the shipper of your choice (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) and ship it to our address:

*Important things to note: Original shipping costs cannot be refunded and the cost of return shipping will be at the customers expense. Online returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery date.
