Originally used as a picnic, or travel basket - designed to carry food, linens, or provisions. It was meant to be practical and substantial. Made from handwoven willow this basket was constructed to travel. Adorned with the french flag colors - blue, white and red stripe.

Style it as a coffee table storage basket - blankets, magazines etc. Or at the foot of the bed to store extra linens. Or use as a picnic or car basket.
